2019 + 2020
A play about our social media identities, featuring the world’s first live interactive text feed in a theatre performance, based on Bertolt Brecht’s concept of Verfremdungseffekt (distancing effect). Via two screens, the audience can discuss the events of the play live with actors, the designers and director, in a metophor of identity-creation and critical theatre practice.
A man wakes up to find the world is different, people behave strangely, and he is forced to behave like a clown in order to get the job he wants.
